College Ministries Minimize
The College Ministries Committee of the Nurture Division works to connect and support the campus ministries across Central Alabama as well as support congregations in their ministry with their college student members. In addition to the campus ministries in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Auburn (linked below), there are also ministries with college students at Jacksonville State University via First Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville and with students at the University of West Alabama via First Presbyterian Church in Livingston.

Westminster Campus Fellowship (WCF) was formed in 2009 to minister to college students in the Birmingham area. WCF is a mission of the PC(USA) that seeks to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to college campuses in Birmingham. WCF seeks to do this in the following ways:
  • Weekly meals, fellowship, Bible study, and prayer
  • Retreats throughout the year
  • Opportunities to serve
  • Partnerships with other campus ministries and churches in Birmingham

Get Involved!

Join WCF on Tuesday evenings at 7pm at Edgewood Presbyterian for food, fellowship, Bible study and prayer.

Westminster Fellowship (WF) at the University of Alabama is a ministry of the PC(USA) on the campus of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Although we are overseen by First Presbyterian Church here in town, we partner with all of the local PC(USA) churches to make this truly a Presbyterian ministry.
